8 all right?
9 THE COURT: I'll give you 90 days.
10 MS. LUYMES: Okay.
11 THE COURT: But I think you're going to have to
12 give him the picture of those glasses, so I'm going to,
13 if you'll excuse the expression or form of expression,
14 reframe this, so that the glasses, a picture of the
15 glasses is -- you have to produce that.
16 The rest of it stands, and I'm doing it on two
17 bases: One, on the balance; and two, that I don't have
18 jurisdiction, but they're alternative; okay?
