The ‘Democratic Party’ is not democratic

Under the Constitution, we have a democratic republic. The nation’s immigration laws were enacted in conformity with the Constitution by duly elected officials of the Legislative and Executive Branches of the federal government. The immigration laws have been held to be constitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court, which comprises justices nominated and confirmed by the Executive and the Legislative Branches.
