Allan J. Favish was born in Los Angeles, California. He attended UCLA, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1977. In 1981, Mr. Favish received a Juris Doctor degree from University of California, Hastings College of Law.
Mr. Favish was admitted to the California State Bar in 1981. In 1999, he was admitted to the Washington, D.C. Bar, and, in 2002, he was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, all Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
