Allan J. Favish attended UCLA, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1977. In 1981, Mr. Favish received a Juris Doctor degree from University of California, Hastings College of Law.
Mr. Favish was admitted to the California State Bar in 1981. In 1999 he was admitted to the Washington, D.C. Bar, and in 2002 he was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. He also is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in all districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Favish practices general civil litigation, including insurance coverage & insurance bad faith litigation.
