On January 11, 2001, in a two-page order, a federal district court judge in Los Angelesordered the OIC to release five original Polaroids of Vincent Foster's body as it laid in the park. On June 6, 2002, a 2-1 decision by the Ninth Circuit scaled back that order, but stillordered that four of the Polaroids be released. More documents from this FOIA lawsuit are on this Website in the section entitled "Freedom of Information Act Lawsuit to Obtain Foster Investigation Photographs, Case Documents for Favish v. OIC".
